I. Business principle and mission
The Constitution shall be formulated in accordance with seven principles of nature, society, customers, employees, enterprise, families and ourselves. The enterprise takes self-reliance, harmlessness and benefit as the foundation and regards operating healthily, bettering the society, creating a happy life for all the workers as the mission.
II. The constitution is the basis and principle of all the systems of the company and any system violating this constitution is invalid.
III. Behaviors of the company must follow the principle of being responsible for nature to reduce energy consumption, improve the product life, encourage recycling, reduce waste and pollution, establish the conservation-oriented enterprises and encourage employees to live an energy-saving and low carbon lifestyle.
IV. Behaviors of the company must follow the principle of being responsible for society to establish and train citizen civilization regulations and encourage employees to build up the civilization and kindness value.
V. Behaviors of the company must follow the principle of being responsible for customers to respect science and understand customer needs in order to solve practical problems of customers and provide customers with high quality products, which is the foundation of the business operation.
VI. Behaviors of the company must follow the principle of being responsible for employees to ensure the safety and health of employees, pay attention to the personal growth and provide employees with due remuneration.
VII. Behaviors of employees must follow the principle of being responsible for the enterprise to concern about the growth of enterprise and abide by duties for the company.
IIIV. Behaviors of employees must follow the principle of being responsible for the family to be diligent, love family members, take responsibility and create a family of happiness.
IX. Behaviors of employees must follow the principle of being responsible for their own to win dignity by diligence and good morality, not to wasted life and to create value for the family, enterprise and society.
X. The enterprise takes the healthy development as the goal. It encourages employees to rely on labor and ability. Besides, the enterprise should rely on products rather than speculation and unlimited expansion. It will not be listed and not conduct any kinds of capital speculation.
XI. The company awards will be based on principles of fairness and openness, staff having no worries, paying equal attention to payment and training as well as benefits and duties sharing.
XII. Pursue efficiency and development suitably and maintain the stable and balanced development of the enterprise and employees.
XIII. Try to create a humanized good space, time and things for employees. With the development of enterprise, the enterprise constantly optimizes the working environment and reduces the labor intensity.
XIV. Establish the foundation in order to deal with the enterprise’s risk, protect the healthy growth of enterprise and better the society.
XV. Build a continuous learning atmosphere in the enterprise and put employees with good learning and innovation ability in the promotion and recruitment.
XVI. Develop the scientific and civilized atmosphere, manage people by the system, focus on the data and educate people by the culture.
XVII. The enterprise must strictly abide by the principle of honesty, the bottom line of the enterprise operation.
XVIII. The company constitution has been made by the company’s founder since 9th June, 2013. Now it is announced to the company and everyone is required to learn and remember. Supervise the performance of it from up to down, abide by it strictly and don’t violate it.
