Dry-process enamel

The electrostatic dry enamel coating production line introduced by Qixing Power from Germany’s Wagner Company boasts over 20 patented technologies and represents Germany’s most advanced equipment in Asia. Equipped with 24 sets of electrostatic control modules, it offers more precise control over voltage, current, and atomization rate, enabling greater powder application, more uniform coatings, and superior conductivity. This allows the line to meet a wide range of customer requirements and facilitates easy adjustments for different workpieces. Featuring 48 nozzles and a globally unique dual-nozzle design, the line ensures even enamel film thickness, minimizes charge reactions, and enhances electrostatic adhesion—making it the world’s highest-capacity production line, capable of coating up to 12,000 square meters per day.
A convenient bulk-powder feeding system, a scientifically designed control system for adding glaze powder precisely according to schedule and quantity, and an automatically programmed rotary screen for controlling the amount of powder added along with a powder-level sensor—these features ensure precise glaze powder supply, eliminating both shortages and overflows.
The ultra-flat running guide rails of the spray coating line ensure more stable operation of the coated workpieces. The repeated grounding of the conveyor chain guarantees excellent electrical conductivity of the workpieces. The effective powder-removal device for hanging fixtures thoroughly eliminates static powder from the hooks, resulting in a higher powder application rate and stronger adhesion on the workpieces.
The spray line’s “sandwich” powder booth features a dual-V-shaped recovery design at the bottom, providing excellent insulation and effectively preventing electrostatic rebound. This enhances first-pass powder application efficiency, ensures no powder accumulation at the bottom of the booth, and maintains a robust negative-pressure environment, thereby keeping the production area cleaner and improving the conductivity of hanging fixtures. The booth is equipped with a unique internal-recirculation sintering plate recovery system and a rationally designed airflow configuration, achieving an electrostatic powder utilization rate of over 99%. A two-stage powder supply hopper design guarantees a consistent ratio between fresh powder and recovered powder. Additionally, the two-stage fluidization of glaze powder delivers finer atomization and superior powder application performance.
The quality of compressed air is critically important for electrostatic dry spraying. Our air compressor station consists of two Ingersoll Rand air compressors from the U.S., two refrigerant dryers, three pressure-regulating air tanks, one micro-thermal dryer, a four-stage filter system, and ultra-clean piping. The air compressor station ensures a steady supply of fresh air while efficiently exhausting waste gases, maintaining the station clean, dry, and at a constant temperature. The compressed air outlet pressure reaches 1.2 MPa, the dust removal accuracy of the compressed air is as fine as 0.01 μm, and the oil removal accuracy is as low as 0.001 ppm.
