The company was the first to introduce an advanced CNC-controlled continuous roll-forming corrugated plate production line, with a single-line annual output exceeding 6,000 tons. This production line features highly intelligent operation and allows for CNC-controlled adjustment of wave height, ensuring that the wave height remains constant throughout the production process and reliably achieving the designed specifications. We can manufacture heat-transfer elements for both the hot-end and cold-end sections of air preheaters, as well as heat-transfer elements for flue gas heat exchangers. Our product lineup includes more than 10 different wave patterns, all of which have been carefully designed by incorporating the strengths of both domestic and international manufacturers and have been patented at the national level.
Qixing Power was the first to introduce CNC pressure-sealing machines, ensuring that each set of component boxes is welded under a precisely controlled pressure. This guarantees that the heat-exchange component boxes remain securely sealed without any loosening or bulging, pass the three-dimensional dimensional inspection smoothly, and meet the specified outer diameter requirements.
In component box welding, advanced gas-shielded arc welding technology is employed, and each batch undergoes tensile tests and impact tests on the weld metal.
The company has established strict and meticulous requirements for the stacking of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. It is strictly prohibited to stack heat exchange components directly on the ground or to store them in open-air conditions. The storage environment has been standardized and renovated to ensure it is dust-free and free from rust.
