The company is holding a safety training session for shift supervisors.
The safety training event, organized by the company’s Production Department, was successfully held on June 21 in the second-floor conference room. The main participants in this event were the team leaders from various production positions, and the training was led and explained by Safety Supervisor Zhao Hongxing.
Safety training focuses primarily on two aspects: first, summarizing the safety hazards that emerged during the previous production period; and second, organizing team leaders to learn and master knowledge related to team safety.
By presenting potential safety hazards in production through images, shift supervisors can more intuitively recognize which hazards actually exist. In future production activities, they will be able to identify and eliminate these hazards on their own. Through studying team-level safety knowledge, supervisors will gain a deeper understanding of their responsibilities as shift supervisors and appreciate their critical role in ensuring safe production. This will enhance their sense of responsibility, enable them to play an active role in promoting safety during production, eliminate existing safety hazards, and prevent safety accidents from occurring.
