Forklift Safety Training Event
On July 15, 2016, a forklift safety training was conducted in the company’s first-floor office. The main training topics included understanding the basic technical parameters of forklifts, observing important usage precautions, and learning about forklift maintenance and upkeep. This training enabled staff to gain a deeper understanding of the forklift’s operational performance and become thoroughly familiar with its key operating parameters. By doing so, we can prevent overloading and overspeeding during production operations, thereby avoiding safety accidents and injuries.
The company is holding a safety training session for shift supervisors.
The safety training event, organized by the company’s Production Department, was successfully held on June 21 in the second-floor conference room. The main participants in this event were the team leaders from various production positions, and the training session was led and explained by Safety Supervisor Zhao Hongxing.
Safety Training Activity for Female Employees on the Frontline of the Company
On August 5, in response to actual production needs, the company conducted general safety training and briefings for newly hired female workers on the front lines. The training specifically covered safety hazards present at each production post, how to properly use fire-fighting equipment, and how to correctly wear protective clothing. This ensured that every production employee fully understands their safety responsibilities at their respective posts, knows how to safely operate equipment and tools during production, and avoids complacency that could lead to safety accidents.
Safety Training for Resuming Production
With production imminent, the company conducted a resumption-of-work safety training on November 30, 2015—just before the start of operations—to ensure that safety measures are thoroughly implemented. The training focused primarily on clearly identifying areas in the production process where safety risks are most likely to occur, thereby enhancing the safety awareness of frontline workers and minimizing the likelihood of safety incidents.
