Factory Cinema Founding Plan
To enrich the recreational lives of our employees, promote the philosophy of working actively and living joyfully, and put into practice the “Three Limits, Three Unlimiteds” initiative—meaning “limited work, unlimited life”—the company has specially established a “Factory Cinema.” We will organize irregular screenings of “outstanding films.” This activity is routinely organized and implemented by the company’s General Affairs Department, with cooperation from the Production Department.
Cinema managers: Du Aiguo, Zhang Li, Guan Chao, Jiang Tao, and Zhao Qingchuan are working in coordination.
Film screening location: Small open space behind the office building
Film screening schedule: Ensure one screening per month during holidays, before production starts, or after production is completed.
Film genres: stories that are beautiful, positive, full of love, and courageous.
The film equipment includes: one projector, one computer, one sound system, and one screen.
Film Selection Process: All employees have the right to make recommendations, and the final decision will be made by the company’s head.
First-phase movie selections: Forrest Gump, The Pursuit of Happyness, A Man Can't Be Poor, Schindler's List, and Waiting for the Wind—five films in total.
