The Launch of the "Fanbu Gold" Initiative and the Company’s Name Change Event Were Successfully Held.
After careful planning and preparation, the “Repaying-Gratitude Fund Launch and Company Renaming Event” was held at the company on July 1.
The event has two main components: First, it celebrates the company’s name change—from “Hengshui Zhongneng Jiyie Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.” to “Hengshui Qixing Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.,” aligning the company’s name more closely with its development philosophy and enhancing its brand recognition. Second, the company is launching a “Giving Back” initiative, helping employees cultivate gratitude, love, and a sense of reciprocity and dedication.
At 10 a.m., the event kicked off promptly. Accompanied by the background music of “Thanks, Mom and Dad,” the parents of the employees who had been invited to the event entered the venue hand in hand with their children. Their faces were radiant with smiles, brimming with joy and happiness. How long has it been since we last held our parents’ hands? How long has it been since we took a close, careful look at their faces, now marked by the passage of time and the signs of aging? How long has it been since we said “thank you” to them? As we’ve grown up and become caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, we’ve gradually neglected the deep love we once shared with our parents, letting it quietly settle deep within our hearts. The launch of the “Repaying Kindness” initiative provided us with the perfect opportunity to express our heartfelt emotions.
During the colleagues’ speaking session, company employees Wang Zheng, Cui Hengzhao, and Peng Wei shared touching stories about their relationships with their parents as representatives.
Although the stories are all very ordinary—lacking dramatic twists and turns, exaggerated expressions, or ornate language—they are imbued with the deepest human love and genuine affection for parents. During the speeches, tears welled up spontaneously, and several times the speakers choked up so badly they could barely speak, deeply moving everyone present. One remark during the speeches stood out: “My son is my whole world.” It was a simple statement, yet it carried within it the immense love of parents. As the saying goes, “The sheep kneels to nurse its young; the crow feeds its aged parents”—but how much have we, as children, truly done for our parents? The launch of the “Repaying Kindness” initiative has awakened in us the most sincere, purest, and most fundamental sense of gratitude deep within our hearts.
In the final segment, the company presented each attending parent with a bouquet of flowers, wishing them good health and well-being. Employees then respectfully handed their parents a “repaying-the-kindness” gift and bowed deeply to express gratitude for their parents’ nurturing and upbringing. They embraced their parents warmly, reliving the warmth of their childhood. As employees turned to face their parents and said, “Mom and Dad, you’ve worked so hard,” the atmosphere in the room reached its emotional peak.
Accompanied by the heartfelt background music of “Mother,” parents and employees on stage were deeply moved, as were the employees in the audience. Many colleagues had tears in their eyes. Although we’ve done quite a bit, we still fall far short of fully repaying our parents’ boundless love and care. After all, our parents have given so much for our growth—and they’re no longer young. Let’s put down our phones, look away from our computers and televisions, and make more time to spend with our parents, chat with them, share a meal together, or take a walk with them to relax and unwind. This “Repaying Kindness” event is meant to help us cultivate gratitude. When we’re grateful to our parents, our families will be happy and harmonious; when we’re grateful to our company, our enterprise will thrive and prosper; and when we’re grateful to society, society itself will become peaceful and stable. After the event concluded, the participating parents, company leaders, and colleagues took a group photo to commemorate the occasion.
