The third spring outing activity was successfully held.
After careful planning and meticulous preparation, the company’s third annual spring outing took place on April 15. The route for this year’s outing started at the intersection of Jizhou Binhu Avenue and Zhonghu Avenue, passed through the Sun Jingxue School hiking base, and ended at National Highway 106, with a total length of approximately 9.2 kilometers. The entire route runs along Hengshui Lake and is specially designed for cycling and hiking. The routes for all three previous outings have been carefully planned and finalized after thorough on-site surveys and comprehensive consideration from multiple angles. This clearly demonstrates that this activity has become an integral part of the company’s corporate culture.
We’ll gather at the company at 8:00 a.m., and depart promptly at 8:20 a.m. By 9:15 a.m., our group had arrived at the starting point. This spring has been relatively warmer than usual, and the trees are now lush and green, with willow catkins already drifting freely through the air. Surrounded by this vibrant atmosphere and filled with joyful spirits, our hike began. As we made our way through the heart of Hengshui Lake, we were treated to the stunning beauty of the Hengshui Lake wetlands. We watched the lake’s waters gently ripple; we saw wild ducks playing joyfully in the water; we observed anglers quietly fishing along the lakeshore; and we admired small boats gliding gracefully across the lake—all these scenes seemed like paintings come to life, filling our hearts with delight and leaving us reluctant to leave, completely refreshed from the fatigue of work. How could we possibly miss such breathtaking scenery? Some colleagues paused to savor the beauty of the lake, while others reached for their cameras to capture these precious moments. The entire scene felt like a still photograph frozen in time. Walking amid such splendor invigorated our spirits. We helped each other, encouraged one another, and no one wanted to fall behind. From time to time, we heard the cheerful laughter of our colleagues, and the croaking of frogs echoed from the reed beds around the lake. It seemed as if the frogs themselves were infected by our laughter, joining in to cheer us on and sing along with our hike. At 11:45 a.m., everyone safely reached the finish line and set off toward our next destination—the Marathon Square. Arriving at Marathon Square, we sat down for lunch. Although the meal was simple, it was richly varied, offering bread, chicken legs, fruits, drinks, and even beer. Upon seeing such a bountiful spread, all traces of our earlier fatigue, weariness, and hunger instantly vanished. Everyone happily gathered in groups of three or five, savoring every bite, enjoying every sip, and laughing together as we reminisced about the beautiful scenery we’d just left behind by the lakeside. That’s how simple and wonderful life can be. Throughout the entire meal, our colleagues seamlessly integrated the company’s environmental philosophy into the activity. There wasn’t a single instance of leftover food being carelessly discarded—any leftovers were either tucked into pockets to take home or exchanged with fellow colleagues. The surrounding environment remained clean and hygienic. Before leaving, several of us even took a special moment to double-check the area, and indeed, it was spotless. For that, we give a big thumbs-up to our lovely colleagues! After the meal, we prepared a variety of fun games and activities. Playing cards was a favorite pastime for many colleagues. No sooner had we finished eating than those who loved card games gathered around, ready to play “Double Ascension.”
Meanwhile, our beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen started playing shuttlecock. Although we weren’t very good at it, we had a lot of fun. And one especially thoughtful colleague even added fishing to the activities—judging by how seriously they’re taking it, I’m guessing they probably won’t end up catching much in the end!
