The wet-process enameling production line of Qixing Power is built following the standards of its European counterparts and is one of the most advanced production lines in China. Its key advantages include high efficiency and stable product quality. We have years of experience in wet-process enameling, rigorously adhering to European enamel manufacturing standards—from釉料 formulation and grinding to testing and enameling itself. In terms of釉料 formulation development, we have jointly developed the “M425 Enamel Glaze for Heat Exchangers” with Fluor Corporation of the United States, taking full account of the operational conditions of domestic power plant units, particularly the characteristics of coal types used, flue gas denitrification temperatures, humidity levels, concentrations of sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, and ammonium bisulfate, as well as the actual operating conditions of air preheaters and flue gas heat exchangers.
The company has newly introduced an enamel sintering production line featuring German technology, complete with 22 automatically controlled temperature zones. This ensures more uniform and stable sintering temperatures. The sintering chain speed and sintering temperature are both controlled via an automatic LCD touch screen, enabling more precise numerical control and minimizing the discrepancy between actual and measured temperatures. The heat-insulating air curtain on the sintering production line adopts a top-and-bottom structural design and is equipped with a frequency-conversion motor, allowing adjustment of the air output according to different process requirements. Its unique turbine blade design and highly efficient wind resistance plates effectively prevent the detachment of electrostatically charged powder. The firing conveyor chain uses heavy-duty precision-forged links and is fitted with a stabilizing positioning device to maintain optimal chain stability. In terms of energy conservation, the system employs a shorter low-pressure side.
The company was the first to introduce an advanced CNC-controlled continuous roll-forming corrugated plate production line, with a single-line annual output exceeding 6,000 tons. This production line features highly intelligent operation and allows for CNC-controlled adjustment of wave height, ensuring that the wave height remains constant throughout the production process and reliably achieving the designed specifications. We can manufacture heat-transfer elements for both the hot-end and cold-end sections of air preheaters, as well as heat-transfer elements for flue gas heat exchangers, offering more than 10 different wave patterns. All wave-pattern designs incorporate the strengths of both domestic and international manufacturers and have been patented at the national level. Qixing Power was also the first to introduce a CNC-controlled pressure-sealing machine, which ensures that each component box is welded under a precisely set pressure, thereby guaranteeing that the heat-transfer element boxes remain securely sealed and do not bulge or loosen.
The electrostatic dry enamel coating production line of Qixing Power was introduced from Wagner GmbH in Germany. This production line boasts over 20 patented technologies and represents Germany’s most advanced equipment in Asia. Equipped with 24 sets of electrostatic control modules, it offers more precise control over voltage, current, and atomization rate, enabling greater powder application, more uniform coatings, and superior conductivity. It can meet a wide range of requirements and allows for easy adjustments to accommodate different workpieces. Featuring 48 nozzles and a world-first dual-nozzle design, this line ensures even enamel film thickness, reduced charge reactions, and enhanced electrostatic adhesion—making it the world’s highest-capacity production line, capable of coating up to 12,000 square meters per day.
