Factory Cinema Founding Plan

To enrich the recreational lives of our employees, promote the philosophy of working actively and living joyfully, and put into practice the “Three Limits, Three Unlimiteds” initiative—meaning limited work but unlimited life—we have specially established a “Factory Cinema.” We will organize irregular screenings of “outstanding films.” This activity is routinely organized and implemented by the company’s General Affairs Department, with cooperation from the Production Department.

Offering condolences to employees’ families, demonstrating humanistic care.

On the morning of September 25, Du Aiguo, Deputy General Manager of the company, Zhao Hongxing, Head of the Equipment Department, and Du Zhitao, Head of the Technical Quality Department, visited Hebei Provincial Children’s Hospital to check on the children of their employees who are ill. During the visit, the company leaders presented condolence money and warmly inquired about An Wentong’s child’s current condition and recovery progress. They also took detailed notes on the patient’s living conditions and dietary habits, urging him to take good care of his child and feel at ease while focusing on the child’s medical treatment. They expressed their hope that the child would recover soon and encouraged him to promptly bring any difficulties he might face to the attention of the company. The kind and caring words deeply touched An Wentong, making him profoundly aware of the company leadership’s love and concern for its employees. This gesture provided both the employees and their families with much-needed emotional and financial support, and it also warmed the hearts of the employees.

Safety Manual Interpretation Training

On November 5, 2015, the company conducted its first training session on the “Safety Management Manual” for all employees. The training focused on the following key topics: 1. Safety training knowledge; 2. Safe use and protection measures for commonly used tools; 3. Appropriate safety attire for each job position; 4. Locations of fire-fighting equipment, safe usage methods, and fire prevention regulations; 5. General principles for safe operation of equipment; 6. Regulations for safe electrical usage; 7. Reward and punishment measures for safety management; 8. Procedures for handling, approving, and processing work-related injury accidents; 9. Basic first-aid knowledge; 10. Identification of hazards at each job position. The training enabled employees to gain a better understanding of safety knowledge and the proper methods for using various tools.

Forklift Safety Training Event

On July 15, 2016, a forklift safety training was conducted in the company’s first-floor office. The main training topics included understanding the basic technical parameters of forklifts, observing important usage precautions, and learning about forklift maintenance and upkeep. This training enabled staff to gain a deeper understanding of the forklift’s operational performance and become thoroughly familiar with its key operating parameters. By doing so, we can prevent overloading and overspeeding during production operations, thereby avoiding safety accidents and injuries.

Safety Training Activity for Female Employees on the Frontline of the Company

On August 5, in response to actual production needs, the company conducted general safety training and briefings for newly hired female workers on the front lines. The training specifically covered safety hazards present at each production post, how to properly use fire-fighting equipment, and how to correctly wear protective clothing. This ensured that every production employee fully understands their safety responsibilities at their respective posts, knows how to safely operate equipment and tools during production, and avoids complacency that could lead to safety accidents.

Wet enamel coating

The wet-process enameling production line of Qixing Power is built following the standards of its European counterparts and is one of the most advanced production lines in China. Its key advantages include high efficiency and stable product quality. We have years of experience in wet-process enameling, rigorously adhering to European enamel manufacturing standards—from釉料 formulation and grinding to testing and enameling itself. In terms of釉料 formulation development, we have jointly developed the “M425 Enamel Glaze for Heat Exchangers” with Fluor Corporation of the United States, taking full account of the operational conditions of domestic power plant units, particularly the characteristics of coal types used, flue gas denitrification temperatures, humidity levels, concentrations of sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, and ammonium bisulfate, as well as the actual operating conditions of air preheaters and flue gas heat exchangers.

Enamel sintering

The company has newly introduced an enamel sintering production line featuring German technology, complete with 22 automatically controlled temperature zones. This ensures more uniform and stable sintering temperatures. The sintering chain speed and sintering temperature are both controlled via an automatic LCD touch screen, enabling more precise numerical control and minimizing the discrepancy between actual and measured temperatures. The heat-insulating air curtain on the sintering production line adopts a top-and-bottom structural design and is equipped with a frequency-conversion motor, allowing adjustment of the air output according to different process requirements. Its unique turbine blade design and highly efficient wind resistance plates effectively prevent the detachment of electrostatically charged powder. The firing conveyor chain uses heavy-duty precision-forged links and is fitted with a stabilizing positioning device to maintain optimal chain stability. In terms of energy conservation, the system employs a shorter low-pressure side.

Heat exchange element

The company was the first to introduce an advanced CNC-controlled continuous roll-forming corrugated plate production line, with a single-line annual output exceeding 6,000 tons. This production line features highly intelligent operation and allows for CNC-controlled adjustment of wave height, ensuring that the wave height remains constant throughout the production process and reliably achieving the designed specifications. We can manufacture heat-transfer elements for both the hot-end and cold-end sections of air preheaters, as well as heat-transfer elements for flue gas heat exchangers, offering more than 10 different wave patterns. All wave-pattern designs incorporate the strengths of both domestic and international manufacturers and have been patented at the national level. Qixing Power was also the first to introduce a CNC-controlled pressure-sealing machine, which ensures that each component box is welded under a precisely set pressure, thereby guaranteeing that the heat-transfer element boxes remain securely sealed and do not bulge or loosen.
